Steve Kinsella and Judith Newman Confirmed as CEO and CFO

BNK Banking Corporation Limited (ASX: BBC) is pleased to confirm that Steve Kinsella has been appointed Chief Executive Officer on a permanent basis, with Judith Newman confirmed as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.

Both executives have led BNK in an interim capacity since 2 April 2026, guiding the Company through a significant period as it continues to build its position as a growing challenger bank.

Following a formal review of both roles, the Board confirmed the appointments in recognition of Mr Kinsella and Ms Newman’s contribution, leadership and performance – both during the interim period and across their broader tenures with BNK.

Details of Mr Kinsella and Ms Newman’s background, experience and remuneration were previously disclosed in the Company’s ASX announcement of 2 April 2026. As part of the confirmed appointment, Mr Kinsella’s notice period will be extended from three to six months, with all other remuneration arrangements remaining unchanged.

Commenting on the appointments, BNK Chairman Jon Denovan said:
