BNK completes third senior secured transaction in FY26

BNK has completed another senior secured transaction – its third so far in FY26 – marking continued progress in executing the bank’s structured credit strategy and further strengthening BNK’s capability in this area.

The structured credit program remains an important part of BNK’s broader balance sheet strategy, providing access to capital-efficient opportunities with attractive, risk-adjusted returns. Each transaction completed to date has been carefully structured to enhance yield, improve capital efficiency, and maintain prudent risk management settings.

These transactions continue to strengthen BNK’s credentials in the structured credit space and demonstrate the bank’s ability to participate in sophisticated funding structures. They also play an important role in supporting a more diversified and resilient income profile for the Group.

BNK intends to continue building on this capability selectively, with a focus on well-subordinated, capital-efficient opportunities that contribute to balance sheet optimisation and long-term shareholder value.
